Request Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your Slicker account and all associated personal and business data at any time. This page explains how to make that request and exactly what happens to your data.
Delete via the Slicker app
The quickest way to request deletion is directly inside the Slicker mobile app. The process is two-step to protect your account.
- Open the app and navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Tap "Delete Account". We'll send a verification code to your registered email address.
- Enter the code in the app to confirm. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Can't access the app? Request by email
Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Slicker account. Include your company name and SLX account number if you have it. We will process your request within 30 days.
What happens to your data
The table below details every category of data the Slicker app holds, its status upon account deletion, and any applicable retention period.

| Anonymised, aggregated analytics | Retained | Indefinitely — non-identifiable, cannot be linked to user |
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active collection schedules will be cancelled upon deletion. If your company account has multiple users, only the account of the requesting user is deleted — other users are unaffected. For a full company account deletion, contact support@slicker.com.
